Chef Renato is a trained Chef graduating from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver in 2002. He studied French fine dining and loves to cook traditional french cuisine with a rustic and modern flair. Renato started his career at Provence Marine Side restaurant in Vancouver and went on to work as a head chef in Australia and New Zealand. He was also the head Chef of Blighty's Bistro in Victoria where he continued to develop his own unique style and passion for creating great food.
Chef Renato is available for private dinner parties in your home for up to 8 people. What a unique way to celebrate a special occasion or simply to enjoy good company over an exquisite meal in the comfort of your own home. Special attention will be given to your requests and Chef Renato might even teach you a few culinary tricks.
